Ojaswita Lokre

Ojaswita Lokre is a Researcher at the Integrated Diagnostics and Analytics (IDiA) Laboratory for Precision Medicine in the Department of Radiology at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, under the mentorship of Prof. Pallavi Tiwari. Her research focuses on developing artificial intelligence and machine learning methods for medical imaging and computational pathology, with applications in precision oncology.

She holds a MS degree in Electrical Engineering from New York University, specializing in image processing and machine learning. Prior to joining IDiA, she worked on developing deep learning and machine learning methods for PET/CT imaging, including disease detection, segmentation, treatment response assessment, and survival prediction. She has published peer-reviewed research on disease heterogeneity and tumor response.

Outside of research, Ojaswita enjoys running, hiking, paddle boarding, sewing, and occasionally playing tennis.
